At David Owan Care Foundation (DOCAF), our mission is improving lives and transforming communities through holistic approaches.

 

 

One of the most heartwarming aspects of our work is the We Care Initiative, a program designed to empower and give hope to the aged, widows, and widowers through welfare support.

 

 

DOCAF has dedicated its resources and efforts to easing their burdens and restoring a sense of dignity and belonging.

 

 

Through the We Care Initiative, DOCAF has provided financial support to over 300 households in various 

Communities.
